Shady Hollow by Juneau Black

January 23, 2022January 2, 2022 Sarah

Sometimes you're not a fan of your own country's cover of one of your favorite books so you have to get creative! This is the UK cover and I think it fits the story so well! I read Lessons in Chemistry by @bonnie_garmus_author back in September, pre-cover, and absolutely loved it! It's finally coming out on Tuesday so the review is up on the blog (link in bio and stories!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5!
Today's review is for @kathleenwestwrites 's Home or Away which is out on Tuesday! When I came across the listing for Home or Away back in September when I was doing spring buying at the book store I manage, I pestered our sales rep CONSTANTLY until I got an advance copy (those who have followed me for awhile know those are my hockey skates in the photo) and I am so excited to finally be able to talk about it with fellow readers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5, link in stories and bio!
Up on the blog today, my review of @historyschmistory 's The Disappearing Spoon which we read in Nonfiction Book Club last year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 / 5
On the blog today, my review for the final book in @stephenfryactually 's Mythos trilogy! I enjoyed all three immensely and listened to the audiobooks for each, read by Stephen himself! Link in bio for the full review! @chroniclebooks
Today on the blog is my review for The Kitchen Front by @jennifer_ryan_author , one of my favorite reads of 2021! ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 / 5 - link in bio for the review!
Up on the blog today, my occasionally rambling review of House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J Maas. Honestly, I didn't love it. It's basically a rehash of ToG and ACOTAR, but I'm still going to read the rest of the series, because of course I am. Link in bio for the review.
